The Zoum Zoum Party USA Inc. mobile messaging service (the “Service”) is operated by Zoum Zoum Party USA Inc. (“Zoum Zoum Party USA Inc.,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Your participation in the Service constitutes your agreement to these Mobile Messaging Terms (the “SMS Terms”). These SMS Terms are incorporated by reference into our Privacy Policy and should be read together with it.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service or any of its features at any time. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also update these SMS Terms at any time. Your continued participation in the Service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

Consent to Receive SMS Messages

By providing your mobile phone number and affirmatively opting in, you expressly consent to receive recurring SMS/text messages from Zoum Zoum Party USA Inc. at the number you provided, including messages sent using an automatic telephone dialing system (ATDS) or similar technology.

We do not charge for the Service itself. However, message and data rates may apply from your wireless carrier. You are responsible for any carrier charges.

You may opt out of the SMS Service at any time by replying STOP to +1 888 608 5106, or by using an unsubscribe link provided in a message.

After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message. No further messages will be sent unless you re-subscribe with new consent.

If you are subscribed to multiple Zoum Zoum Party USA Inc. messaging programs, you may need to opt out of each separately.

Changes to Messaging Numbers

We may change the phone number or short code used to operate the SMS Service. You acknowledge that messages sent to an outdated number, including STOP or HELP requests, may not be delivered, and we are not responsible for such undelivered messages.

Carrier Disclaimer & Message Delivery

Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed, undelivered, or misrouted messages.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zoum Zoum Party USA Inc. is not liable for any message delays, delivery failures, or errors in messages, or for actions taken based on information provided through the Service.

Third-Party Data Sharing

We may share your information with service providers, vendors, and partners who support the Services (such as messaging platforms, analytics, and marketing tools), as described in our Privacy Policy.

This excludes text messaging opt-in data and consent — we do not share, sell, or disclose your SMS opt-in information to third parties for their own marketing purposes.
